I was going to make some changes to the language of the notice to parliament, but I am not going to bother. I am not going to use anything that sounds remotely like a template. I don't want or need to be told what to write or where (or if) to sign.
Registering my intent to refuse to co-operate is still my preferred course of action. Once I have found the words that I want to say to my MP, I'll let you know.
